Tanya Johnson- CEO

Tanya is a seasoned leader, with a strong background in people capital at the intersection between operations, and organizational effectiveness.
She started her career as a human resources professional at one of the largest AIDS service organizations in the Southeast in Atlanta, GA. She co-facilitated the build of the HR department from the ground up and supported executive senior staff and 200+ employees. Tanya leveraged full-cycle recruiting function across business units increasing growth rate to 112% within a 2-year margin and modern workforce index to 80%.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Argosy University. Tanya's background in Funeral Services and Case Management has granted her the unique skill sets and qualities to provide service excellence to partners in consultation and support services.
In 2015, she established Tangeerz Connect, LLC. to pursue her long love for design, technology, and support services.
Tanya is a native of Atlanta, GA and resides in her mom’s hometown, Jonesboro, GA. She is the proud mother of three children and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.

Alexia has focused her extensive career in operations and support services as a public health professional.

She comprises a blend of creativity, professionalism, and analytical skills to our team. She is a proud Georgia State University Alumni earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters of Public Health.

Her strong background in managerial skills in which she managed half a million-dollar company and 30+ staff and her attention to detail is one of the many strong assets that she brings to our team. She specializes in managing, coordinating, social marketing, recruitment and is result driven and ensures quality services to all clients.

Alexia is a native of Atlanta, GA, and resides in Fairburn, GA. She enjoys fashion, spending time with family and international travel with her friends.
